Introduction to spring return cylinder:

If it is found that the spring return cylinder lubrication is poor or the spring return cylinder bore processing is abnormal, it is necessary to feedback the situation to the manufacturer, because the piston and the spring return cylinder, the guide rail and the piston rod have relative movement, if the lubrication is poor or the spring return cylinder bore is abnormal, it will aggravate the wear and reduce the straightness of the spring return cylinder center line. In this way, when the piston works in the spring return cylinder, the friction resistance will be large and small, resulting in slip or crawling. The solution is to repair and grind the spring return cylinder first, and then prepare the piston according to the matching requirements, repair and grind the piston rod, and configure the guide sleeve.

Most of the failure of the spring return cylinder is because there is a foreign body in the spring return cylinder into the failure of the spring return cylinder, the most problematic is that it is difficult to determine when the foreign body is into the spring return cylinder. When the spring return cylinder is installed, it is necessary to ensure that the direction of the connecting head at the top of the piston rod should be consistent with the direction of the spring return cylinder head, earring (or middle hinge shaft), and ensure the straightness of the whole piston rod during the advance and return process to prevent rigid interference and cause unnecessary damage.
