Introduction to stainless steel cylinder:

The stainless steel cylinder should not be mixed with foreign objects during assembly, which will cause scars. Before the total assembly of the stainless steel cylinder, all parts must be fully removed and cleaned. When the parts are installed with burrs or dirt, foreign objects are easily embedded into the surface of the stainless steel cylinder wall due to the stiffness and the weight of the parts, causing scars.

The wear of the hard chromium plating layer of the stainless steel cylinder is mostly caused by the grinding of the friction iron powder of the piston, and the wear is faster when there is water in the middle. Corrosion caused by the contact potential difference of the metal only occurs in the part of the piston contact, and the corrosion occurs in a point pattern. As mentioned above, when there is moisture in the middle, it will promote the development of corrosion. Compared with castings, the contact potential difference of copper alloy is higher, so the corrosion degree of copper alloy is more serious.

Before the stainless steel cylinder is removed, the system should be unloaded, the loop pressure is zero, the oil source should be cut off, and the oil port should be blocked after the oil port distribution pipe is loosened.

stainless steel cylinder piston rod material selection and technical requirements: (I), because there is no special requirements, so use 45 steel as the piston rod material, the design of the piston rod only withstand pressure stress, so no modulation processing; (ii) The coaxial tolerance of the shaft journal and the outer circle of the mounting piston is not greater than 0.01mm, so as to ensure the coaxial degree of the outer circle of the piston rod and the outer circle of the piston, and avoid the stuck phenomenon of the piston and the stainless steel cylinder, the piston rod and the guide. The vertical tolerance between the end face of the mounting piston and the axis of the piston rod is not more than 0.04mm/100mm to ensure that the piston installation does not produce skew; (iii) The outer circle of the piston rod should pay attention to the roughness; (iv) Because it is operated under low load conditions, surface treatment is omitted.
